Funerals / Celebration of Life

I am an experienced Funeral Celebrant and as a member of the Entheos Community, I respect people of all faiths or none.

A Celebrant-led, Civil Funeral or 'Celebration of Life' Service is a beautiful way to honour someone's passing.

I feel it as an honour and a privilege to be able to help families celebrate the life of their loved ones. The funeral is an important part of the grieving process. We come together as a community to support each other and recognise our great loss.

Every service I lead is tailored to reflect the life, values, and personality of your loved one. I work closely with families to ensure that the ceremony honours their memories, provides comfort, and celebrates the unique journey of their life.

Celebrant-Led Funerals & Celebrations of Life

A Celebrant-led, Civil Funeral or 'Celebration of Life' Service offers a deeply personal and flexible alternative to traditional religious services. These ceremonies provide space to:

  • Share memories, stories, and personal reflections

  • Include music, readings, or rituals that are meaningful to the family

  • Honour the individuality and spirit of the person who has passed

  • Celebrations of life can be joyful, reflective, or a combination of both. My role is to guide families in crafting a service that truly reflects the essence of their loved one.

    Creating a Personal Ceremony

As a celebrant, I work closely with families to create a service that is:

    • Meaningful: Incorporating personal stories, anecdotes, and memories

    • Respectful: Honouring beliefs, faith traditions, or secular preferences

    • Inclusive: Allowing all voices to be heard and all emotions to be shared

From selecting readings and music to crafting words of remembrance, I guide families through every step, ensuring the ceremony is authentic and heartfelt.
